Section 1: Vendors & Contractors Required to Comply with COVID-19 Regulations
1.1 Violations of COVID-19 Regulations and Policies Prohibited
Anyone doing business with, or conducting business on behalf of The Edmonds Rotary Club, agrees to follow this policy and will not commit any violation of this policy while on property that is leased or controlled by The Edmonds Rotary Club.
1.2 Government Proclamation Compliance Required
Anyone doing business with, or conducting business on behalf of The Edmonds Rotary Club, is required and agrees to comply with all County, City & Town Proclamations for COVID-19, as outlined in RCW 38.52.070
1.3 Health Officer Orders Compliance Required
Anyone doing business with, or conducting business on behalf of The Edmonds Rotary Club , is required and agrees to comply with all Snohomish County Health District (SnoHD) Health Officer Orders, as outlined in RCW 70.05.070.
1.4 Washington State Governor Proclamation Compliance Required
Anyone doing business with, or conducting business on behalf of The Edmonds Rotary Club, is required and agrees to comply with all Washington State Governor Proclamations for COVID-19, as outlined in RCW 43.06.220
1.5 Federal Orders & Regulations Compliance Required
Anyone doing business with, or conducting business on behalf of The Edmonds Rotary Club, is required and agrees to comply with all applicable United States Federal Government Orders & Regulations for COVID-19, as authorized by federal law.
Section 1: Vendors & Contractors Required Comply with COVID-19 Community Transit Policies
1.6 Mandatory Health Screenings
Any Contractor doing business on property that is leased or controlled by The Edmonds Rotary Club agrees to participate in any health screenings that may be conducted by The Edmonds Rotary Club, prior to conducting any work onsite.
1.7 Contractors with COVID-19 Symptoms Prohibited from Property
Any Contractor doing business on property that is leased or controlled by The Edmonds Rotary Club agrees to not come on property whenever they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including:
• A new fever (100.4°F or higher), or a sense of having a fever
• A new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition
• New shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition
• A new sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition
• New muscle aches (myalgia’s) that you cannot attribute to another health condition, or that may have been caused by a specific activity (such as physical exercise)
• New loss of taste or smell
• Fatigue that you cannot attribute to another health condition
• Congestion or runny nose that cannot be attributed to another health condition
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Other symptoms identified by Public Health Officers
1.8 Face Covering Required at The Edmonds Rotary Club
Any Contractor doing business on The Edmonds Rotary Club is required to following any rules requiring face coverings and to have their employees wear a cloth face covering, at minimum, covering their nose and mouth while on property that is controlled or leased by The Edmonds Rotary Club as outlined in Washington State Labor & Industry Regulations and United States Federal Orders
1.9 Notification of COVID-19 Positive Cases at The Edmonds Rotary Club Property
Any Contractor doing business on property that is leased or controlled by The Edmonds Rotary Club agrees to notify The Edmonds Rotary Club in the event one of their employees tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of being on property.
Section 2: Vendors & Contractors Subject to Certain Actions for Non-Compliance
2.3 Individuals Are Subject to Certain Action if They Do Not Comply
Vendors and contractors who fail to comply with this policy are subject to exclusion from property and services and may also face criminal prosecution. Vendors and contractors who fail to comply with this policy may also be subject to termination of services provided to The Edmonds Rotary Club.
